these terms govern your use of tethered (tetheredlink.com), a link-in-bio page builder. tethered is part of the manymoats family of products. by creating an account or using tethered, you agree to these terms.

1. what tethered is

tethered is a software tool for building a single page of links. it is not a payment processor, a marketplace, or an agent for anything you sell through your page — you are responsible for any products, services, or claims on your linked pages.

2. your account

you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. the free tier requires no card. you must be at least 13 to create an account, and 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase a paid plan.

3. acceptable use

• don't use tethered for anything illegal, or to harm, harass, defraud, or infringe others.
• don't send unsolicited mass messages, scrape at scale, or abuse rate limits.
• you are responsible for the content and links you publish and for having the rights to use them.

4. billing & cancellation

the free tier is $0, always. paid plans (Pro, Business) bill monthly. we never charge a lump annual fee — where an annual rate is offered, it locks a lower monthly price that is still billed each month. tethered never takes a percentage of what you sell, on any tier. cancel anytime in one click; see our refund & cancellation policy.

5. no professional advice

tethered is a software tool. nothing about it constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for one.

6. your content

you own the content and links you publish on your page. we don't claim ownership of your work. we respect intellectual property and honor valid DMCA takedown requests.

7. availability & disclaimers

tethered is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. changes & termination

we may update these terms; material changes are posted here with a new "last updated" date. you may stop using tethered and cancel at any time. we may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.

9. governing law

these terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
